Visionary Leadership is based upon envisioning the future, committing to that future, and working together with others to create it. Rather than power, Visionary Leadership results from the influence that comes from acting as an example of values, congruence, and integrity.
This seminar examines some of the essential skills and tools that are a part of Visionary Leadership, which are found in patterns and techniques modeled from the various accounts of Jesus? words and acts of leadership, and which we can apply in our lives today. |
