3 - The role of the trainer in the group. Building mutually beneficial relations with the group
- Discussing examples of interaction development between the group and the trainer. How to feel comfortable, stay an individual and control the group dynamics at the same time.
- What is more important for the training participants - trainer's individuality or the topic he talks about?
- Verbal and non-verbal agreement of participants.
- How do you know you achieved success with the group? (their help is necessary).
4 - All kinds of feedback are useful
- The program success is in the participants' heads - not in the trainer's hallucinations.
- Everything participants give to you is the way to success. Try to move in the right direction.
5 - Expressive and efficient presentation
How to do a presentation. Topics for discussion and practice:
- Where should you stand?
- How should you move?
- Is touching acceptable?
- Voice parameters change.
- Gestures.
- Emotive words.
- Conflict-causing words.
- Whom do you protect?
6 - "Hidden agenda" in the trainers' work and behavior in the group
Preventing and working with conflict situations. Answering difficult and provoking questions of the audience.
